Banana sushi rolls

First thing my son asked me after coming back from school is "what surprise food you made today mom". Each day something surprise quite impossible so I start trying daily food or meals in a twist way. Banana sushi rolls is a kid friendly recipe. Actually it is banana wrap. Ideal for breakfast, good for kids lunch box or any time cravings. Easy to make and excellent in taste. My kid love it and I am happy. Banana, walnut, tortilla bread and kids favorite nutella what else do you need? Any other favourite ingredients of your choice can be included.







Preparation time - 12 minutes

Serves - 2


Ingredients:-


1 whole banana (peeled)

1 tbsp nutella

1 tbsp walnut slices

1 tbsp coconut crumbs

1 tortilla bread

Method:-


Warm up tortilla a little then spread nutella on it, sprinkle walnut slices and coconut crumb on it.

Place peeled banana length wise and roll tortilla bread tightly.

Cut 1 inch slices with a sharp knife.

Banana sushi rolls is ready to serve. Quick and easy.
