Christmas Cupcakes:


"Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle all the way"!! Christmas is around the corner, my kitchen is floating with the flavor of vanilla, chocolates. It's the baking time!!
I made this cutie on Christmas Eve for a Christmas party. They are tasty and adorable. Along with kids grownups don't forget to taste their share at the party. Normal vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting with small marshmallows are super easy to make.

Ingredients:

For making cupcakes

2 cups flour

12 teaspoon salt.

2 teaspoons baking powder

12 cup butter, softened. ( I use olive oil)

1⁄4 cup sugar 

2 eggs

1 cup of milk.

1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

For vanilla frosting:


1/3 cup soft butter(soft not runny)

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp milk more if needed

For decoration:

2 cup small marshmallow

1 drop red food color

Instructions:

Baking cakes:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.

2. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt mix well.

3. In a mixing bowl whisk butter and sugar until fluffy then add egg (one at a time)whisk for 2 minutes, then add milk and vanilla extract mix well add dry ingredients on it. Incorporate all things nice.

4. Line up cupcake liners on muffin tray pour cake mixture 1/2 full and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or toothpick inserted came out clean.

5. Cool the cupcakes completely before frosting.

For making frosting:


1. In the medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and butter with a spoon or electric mixer on low speed.


2. Stir in vanilla and 1 tbsp of the milk. 

3. If frosting is too thick, beat in more milk, a few drops at a time. 

For decorating the cupcakes:

1. Take half frosting in a separate bowl and add red color to it. Mix well and transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a star nozzle tip.

2. Smear white vanilla frosting on the top of cupcakes. Line 4 small marshmallows on the bottom edges of cupcakes. 

3. Then pipe small red star giving a triangular shape of a hat. Then at the top add one more marshmallow

Santa cupcakes are ready to roll.
