Walnut Chocolate Muffins:

After Halloween is over the weather turns more chilly air are breezy, winter is putting its step slowly. I love this time of the year. Christmas is 40 days away to come but if you roam to the grocery stores you can see they make a different aisle with all the baking goods. Variety of chocolate chips with different flavors, shortening, dried fruits for Christmas cake, baking pans, dishes. I am confused about what to buy though every year I end up buying some.
Yesterday from my neighbor's door I smell brownies, my son who is a chocolate lover, and can sniff any chocolate goodies from miles start nagging "mom it ages you didn't bake anything please make brownies". Now I have a handful of walnut and I want to use it so I make Chocolate and Walnut Muffins.
After coming from school, obvious he ate one and hugging me said: " mom you are the best". At last, all the long work for making muffins got rewarded.
