Microwave Egg Muffins:
School is going to open within a couple of days. Everyone over here is getting ready for school. I am doing some research work with some quick breakfast and lunch bag ideas. I am making and serving to get approved by my son. You know giving your kid some wholesome breakfast and lunch which will be healthy, easy to make, less time consuming and kids love to eat is a challenge. The big issue is they want new items every day. Egg microwave muffin is easy to make which can be ready in minutes. As a mom, I know morning is like chasing time and saving minutes can help you a lot. Try my recipe and let me know how it goes.

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 2 minutes
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp finely chopped carrots
6 piece peas
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Grease a microwave-proof bowl with oil.
2. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients nicely.
3. Now put the mixer in the greased microwave-proof bowl and bake in high temperature for 2 minutes.
4. Garnish with spring onion, and serve hot.
