In India a popular chicken preparation is called Chicken 65. It's tangy and spicy. I don't know why it named like that, there must be a history. This Chicken preparation is made out of mostly with boneless chicken pieces cuts into small cubes, battered fry then toss with vegetable and spices.Though my today's recipe is not chicken,it's completely vegetarian dish, made out of Paneer/Indian cottage cheese.
Some of my vegetarian friends are telling me to post vegetarian dish, so I thought to make paneer stir fry.As it is the same preparation like chicken 65, only I replaced chicken with paneer so I took the name Paneer 65.To keep it completely vegetarian preparation I didn't use egg on it. Hope everyone will like it. It is a easy going starter/snacks with tangy and spicy taste on it.
