Steamed Chicken Buns

People who are foodie like me but very much concern about health and don't want to put extra weight, can opt to dumpling or dim sum dishes. Dim sum or dumplings are basically steamed, very less use of oil or butter and as it is steamed it consists full food value on it. In my family we love dumpling dishes, in my previous blogs I share Pot stickers, khinkali and I also used to make Chicken momo's very often in my daily menus. Today I am going to share another dumpling dish, steamed chicken buns. It is a easy dish, you just need to fermented the flour to make buns and you need chicken meat for filling.
