Peach Bellini is originated in Venice, Italy. Bellini is basically a cocktail of peach puree and sparkling wine, but today I am sharing Peach Bellini Mocktail version(non - alcohol). In this summer season indulge yourself with an easy frozen Bellini Mocktail.
Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time - 05 minutes
Serves - 2
Ingredients:-
1 cup peach slices(frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup apple cider
2 tsp sugar/sugar substitute
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup club soda
Method:-
In a blender add peach slices, lime juice, apple cider and sugar. Blend it to make puree.
Refrigerate the peach puree for 1 hour. Pour in to two glasses and add club soda over on it. Enjoy!!
