Daiquiri is a Cuban cocktail. Fruit juice, lemon juice, sugar, honey, ice cubes, and Rum are used to make this cocktail. I invited my friend for dinner and she doesn't like alcohol so instead of rum I used club soda and make it a mocktail. I used fresh strawberry instead of that other fresh fruit can be used. Diet watchers can use sugar-free products or honey to make this mocktail. It is very refreshing and thirst quencher.

Ingredients:
3 cups of strawberry
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup club soda
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Method:
Cut the head of strawberries and blend it to make smooth juice.
In a cocktail shaker shake all ingredients and serve chill.
Enjoy strawberry daiquiri.
Tips: Freeze mocktail glasses in the freezer before pouring the mocktail.
