Goat Meat Stew:

Goat meat stew is kinda nostalgia for me. Maa used to make it in the time of our final examination in school or college days. Maa was always very concerned about our diet and in the time of examination, it is in high priority.  When the adult family members are relishing spicy, oily, red color goat curry, we the children of the house are eating goat meat stew with vegetables. Though it is not very bad for me I liked it very much. A different type of aroma fills out the kitchen when maa cook it in the pressure cooker. Carrot is the must on this stew then potato, beans, and other vegetables also present there in this dish. The tinge of black peppercorns and aroma of ginger which I still can remember is the essential ingredients of this dish. I am missing maa and definitely her cooking, missing my sibling, cousins, and old days. Today for lunch I made it and the same aroma fills my kitchen. Memory is always cherishable.

Maa used to make it in the pressure cooker, I made it in Instapot. In Instapot click the button for meat stew.  It is very easy, add all ingredients in the pot, saute a bit then just set up the time and it will cook on its own. Easy going recipe with a delicious outcome.
