Chicken Wonton Soup:
It happens every week, having elaborate lunch and dinner at weekends, we prefer something light and one-pot style meal on weekdays. Today is Monday again with a gloomy, cloudy sky and my family loves wonton or any types of dumplings so I plan to make Chicken Wonton soup for dinner.
Now making wonton is more convenient if you have ready wonton wrappers at home. In the past I made them at home now I brought them from the Asian store and they are quite easy to use. Also, you need chicken stock for the soup. We can use store-bought chicken broth or make your own chicken broth at home. In this blog, I am including making chicken broth recipe and the making of wonton wrapper recipe along with Chicken wonton soup recipe.
In winter we all love to drink soup and now it is available in various joints along in our city, hence believe me the one you make at home is far better and more healthy in all ways. Follow the recipe and enjoy winter with a bowlful of warm Chicken Wonton Soup.
