Chili Paneer:

When there is only three-person in your house and among them, two love paneer one don't what you do? Stop eating Paneer? The answer is no!. Make a dish with paneer that the person loves to eat. Yes, that clever right? I am talking about my beloved husband, He is kinda picky, years back I stop cooking things that he doesn't love to eat, otherwise, I need to make different items for a family of three. Now I decided no enough is enough! After all 12 years of marriage is something when a wife gets back her voice and wiseness again. I love paneer, my son too, what type of dish it doesn't matter to us. Hubby loves chili chicken, chili fish so I assume he will like chili Paneer.  I made Chili paneer for dinner. First, he thought it is chili fish then after eating he realize no it is paneer. His statement after tasting it was " How come that Paneer tastes so good?" Surprisingly he asks for more, I am smiling in mind though without giving any expression I said " So you liked it". Mission accomplished.
This dish is almost similar to all chili dishes like chili chicken or so, however, I don't fried Paneer as we do in chili Chicken. Here little tips don't fry paneer, after frying it becomes chewy and rubbery. The pores of the paneer skin then get close and no spices then enter on it. Add boiling hot water to the paneer cubes before cooking, then drain the water and use it, the paneer cubes will absorb less gravy and will be pillowy soft.  It is a good substitute for vegetarian eaters. Follow my recipe and pour your comments. I will love to hear any story like mine of yours.
