Crispy Corn Fritters:
Nowadays I am grocery shopping with Instacart. It is the most convenient way of shopping in the present situation. Now I am ordered a bag of peas, it was not available so they asked me to choose a replacement, I choose a corn bag but didn't look the size of the bag. It was very big like 1 kg. In summer no one is interested in drinking soup so I made corn fritters. Presently we are enjoying summer by sipping a cup of hot beverage with some homemade fritters or croquettes on our balcony as eating outside or going on a vacation is completely impossible now. I made it earlier sometime was in my blog but now just click a new picture, shoot a video. With a new makeover, my Crispy Corn Fritters is ready to go with my evening tea.
I love fritters, croquettes, or any kind of fries, making them and eating them never makes me guilty about eating oily stuff or so..it is stressbuster. I have a list of them in my blog. Go through it if you like and there is a video clip below for making this fritter step by step.
