Coffee Icecream:
When it is officially summer in my home country in middle April, we are still in a bit of cold and wearing light jackets and temperature getting down to 30F in the night. Now after May middle it is terribly hot here, today it is touching 90 F in the day so I decided to make some ice cream. We are three people but flavor choosing is very tough. Nuts, cocoa powder nothing I found in my pantry, which is a common favorite of ours, next which is available is coffee. We all loved that flavor. I started making ice cream which is super easy, only with three ingredients you will get creamy delights after 7 hours of freezing. No egg used and no ice cream machine is required. How cool is that? Follow my recipe and make homemade pure ice cream in a blink.

Ingredients:
1-pint( 2 cups) heavy cream
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp instant coffee
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl add heavy cream, whip it until stiff peaks form.
2. In a cup add 2 tsp of hot water and dissolve coffee in it.
3. Stir condensed milk, vanilla extract, and coffee mixture in heavy cream nicely.
4. Pour ice cream mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 7 - 8 hours.
