4 muffin recipes for children's breakfast or lunch bags



Packing lunch for school or giving breakfast in the hurried morning is a challenge for every mom.  More of that kids are picky eaters they don't like to eat everything, but fruits and vegetables are very essential for their growth. I prefer making muffins in advance and then use them as needed. These all muffins are approved by my kid, he doesn't realize the hidden ingredients (vegetable, fruits, nuts)I put in those muffins. He loves muffin and with any question, he happily ate them and even want more. These muffins are very easy to make. My fellow moms just take a look at these recipes and be a super mom in your house.

Spinach Banana muffins: 



Spinach and Banana both are a good source of Vitamin and minerals and very good for kid's health. Good thing also is other than spinach and banana it has wheat flour and honey with it. Whole wheat flour is full of fiber and benefits of honey is didn't need any mention.

Microwave egg Muffins:



This microwave egg muffin is a way to put veggies which kid's generally don't want to eat. I always add carrots, chopped beans, mashed peas, mushroom as available in my pantry. Ready in minutes this is a very quick breakfast for a busy morning.

Chocolate Walnut muffins:



I used cocoa powder, milk, and lots of Walnut to make these muffins. Walnut is very good for brain health. My kid doesn't like to eat it but as it came in the form of muffin he ate in without asking a question.

Multigrain Cherry Muffins:




Multigrain flour, cherry, milk, and olive oil is used to make this muffin. Any fruit can be substituted instead of Cherry. Multigrain flour is good for health it is full of fiber. Then milk, egg, and fruit a complete hassle-free breakfast or lunch for your kid.
