Gajar Laddu/ Carrot Laddu:

Tomorrow is Diwali, in Bengali, we celebrated it as Kali Puja or Shyama Puja.  I made sweets and snacks but lastly not able to post it on my blog. I am making preparation for Kalipuja and Diwali decorations at home. Shopping, cleaning I am exhausted. After seeing beautiful sweet dish pictures on Facebook groups. today on the eve of Diwali I determined myself and thought to post at least one sweet dish recipe. 

Gajar Laddu, Gajar Laddu is an awesomely delicious and quick recipe. Only 4 - 5 ingredients are needed to make this sweet dish. It will get ready in 30 minutes. Serves- 4
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups freshly grated Carrots
1/2 cup Condensed milk
2 tbsp ghee/ butter
2 tsp cardamom powder
Dry fruits almonds, pistachios, raisin for garnishing.


Instructions:

1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of ghee.

2. Add grated carrot and fry for 5 minutes, then add condensed milk and stir fry.

3. Stirring continuously in medium flame for 10 minutes, the carrot mixture will come closer and seem like a dough. 

4. Add Cardamom powder and mix it. Let it cool. 

5. After it cools down then make the laddus from the mixture then garnish the laddus with chopped dry fruits.
