Apple r Rasa Vada:

Vada/Bora(fritters) made out of fruits and fruit pulps is a common dish among Bengalis mainly in the time of Janmashtami. Banana fitters and Palm fritters are generally popular dishes made as Prasad or bhog for Lord Krishna at this time. Palm fruit is not available where I live though I have the plan to make Banana fritters then the idea clicked in my mind. This year for Janmashtami I made Apple fritters or bora, and alike Malpua I dipped them in sugar syrup.  It is deliciously awesome. Soft and fluffy with the sweetness of sugar syrup on it. I am so happy after my plan results in success.
