Condensed Milk Cake:

Weekends are the time for my elaborate cooking. I am about to make a sweet dish and I need 2 cans of evaporated milk. Mistakenly I open up a condensed milk one. I changed my previous plan for making a sweet dish and I started making condensed milk pound cake. Condensed milk pound cake is absolutely delicious and easy to make, Very few ingredients are required  I add some chopped almonds in the top to make it tastier. It is optional. Ingredients:

1 can condensed milk

4 eggs

3 tbsp butter

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup of chopped almonds


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F.

2. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except chopped almonds and mix it for 2 minutes or until coming to a smooth batter.

3. Grease a pan and pour the batter. Sprinkle chopped almonds on the top.

4. Bake for 1 hour at 320 degrees F temperature or until skewer insert came out clean.

5. Cool in completely in the pan, then with a knife scrape the sides to remove it from the pan. 

5. Cut it into slices and enjoy.
